Done watching less-qualified voices fill the space you've earned. Self-advocacy isn't arrogance, and executive presence isn't a performance. It's time to learn how to speak about your work, your value, and your ambitions in a way that is powerful and true to who you are: your values, your faith, your voice.

Butt, Co-Chair of the MWP Board of Directors, a woman with a doctorate in Human & Organizational Leadership, and 20+ years building leaders at Fortune 100 companies. She has sat in the rooms where reputations are made and promotions are decided.
