At MWP, we believe support for Muslim women shouldn't start once you're already in the room. It should start long before your career even begins. This has never been an afterthought for us; supporting Muslim women at every stage has been our focus from day one.

MWP in the Making is our commitment to the next generation: the students, the early explorers, the women still figuring out what they want to build. We see it as our responsibility to equip them with the tools, community, and confidence to thrive from the start, not just to catch up later.

When we invest in Muslim women early, we're not just building successful careers. We're building a cycle of women who go on to support, mentor, and give back to the next woman coming up behind them.
