How to Tell Your Boss About Ramadan

Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection and building community - but it’s also a time when we have to navigate workplace conversations about accommodations. Whether it’s adjusting work hours, requesting a quiet space for prayer, or simply informing your manager about your fasting schedule, communication is key!

To help make that conversation easier, we’ve put together an email template you can use to let your boss know about Ramadan and any adjustments you may need. Scroll down to copy and paste it for your own use!

✨ Remember: advocating for yourself at work is important, and a supportive workplace starts with open conversations. 💼🌙
